Cloud printing service now available for members

Therefore not ignoring some of the other great feedback, we have jumped onto finding a solution and have sourced a great cloud-based product called Ezeep, that will allow you to securely and cost-effectively print your documents from any device. This self-service is aimed in particular at members who either don’t have a permanent printer at Clyde House or may only need more occasional printing.

How it will work (after signing up)

• Select the document to print via web browser, desktop application or Mobile Application
• For security purposes, Ezeep will send you an instant confirmation email and won’t release the printing until you confirm the printer code which will be on the printer
• Once you release the printing, it will print at the MyWorkSpot reception printer

• For individual members, the cost is £5 per month and with this, you will receive the first 10 sheets a month free and then each sheet after that will be 20p each. (All costs will be automatically added to your monthly membership bill)

Individuals – ADD printing service immediately via the MyWorkSpot shop on Office RND*

• For teams, the cost is £10 per month (regardless of numbers) and with this, the team will receive the first 20 sheets a month free (shared) and then each sheet after that will be 20p each. (All costs will be automatically added to the company monthly membership bill

Teams – To set you up is a more manual process so please speak to or email Will

Once signed up you will be able to print directly from your web browser through the Ezeep portal. A more convenient way to print would be to download and install Ezeep for Mac or PC, details on how to do this can be found via the How to Guides in Office RND.

For both options, we ask for 30 days notice, should you decide to remove the service.
