2.2 Members: All members of Myworkspot are responsible for following the established health and safety guidelines, reporting hazards, and participating actively in maintaining a safe environment.

3. General Guidelines

3.1 Emergency Procedures: Members must familiarise themselves with emergency evacuation routes, assembly points, and emergency contact information. Regular fire drills will be conducted to ensure everyone is prepared.

3.2 First Aid: First aid kits will be available on-site. In case of injury or illness, members should seek assistance immediately. Any accidents or incidents must be reported to the management.

3.3 Hazard Reporting: If any hazards or potential dangers are identified, members should immediately inform the management. This includes physical hazards, safety concerns, or potential health risks.

3.4 Personal Belongings: While Myworkspot takes measures to ensure security, members are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Valuables should not be left unattended.

3.5 Electrical Safety: Members must not overload electrical outlets and should report any malfunctioning equipment or wiring immediately. All electrical appliances brought into the space must be safe and properly maintained.

4. Health Guidelines

4.1 Hygiene: Members should maintain good personal hygiene, including regular handwashing, to prevent the spread of illnesses.

4.2 Illness Reporting: If a member is feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, they are encouraged to stay home to prevent the spread of sickness.

4.3 Cleaning and Sanitization: Myworkspot will implement regular cleaning and sanitization procedures to ensure a clean environment. Members are also expected to clean their workspace tidy so that thorough cleaning can take place.

5. Ergonomics

5.1 Workspace Setup: Members should set up their workstations ergonomically to promote good posture and prevent discomfort.

5.2 Breaks and Stretching: Regular breaks are encouraged to prevent strain and promote overall well-being. Members are encouraged to stretch and move around during these breaks making use of the shared facilities.

6. Compliance and Enforcement

Non-compliance with this Health and Safety Policy may result in corrective actions, including warnings, temporary suspension of membership privileges, or even expulsion from the coworking space in severe cases. All members and visitors are expected to adhere to the policy for the well-being of the entire community.

7. Policy Review

This Health and Safety Policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Members will be notified of any updates, and their feedback is welcomed to continually improve safety measures.
