York House is a newly refurbished 11,000 sq ft modern Grade A building located in the heart of Maidenhead town centre with 42 parking spaces.

York House features a 3,500 square feet of inspiring ground floor shared breakout and collaboration space including a 20-person hi-tech board room and separate event space, and two floors of private office options.

The office is just a three minute walk from Maidenhead rail station offering our business residents direct access to London and Reading, as well as super convenient road access to the M4 and Heathrow Airport. (Just 1.5 miles away)

Depending on your membership, we also sort your post, take your parcels and let you know it has arrived instantly via the MWS App.

Our cleaners come in every day to help leave the facilities as you would expect to find them!

We run all our memberships though the dedicated MyWorkSpot smartphone app, which allows residents to manage their memberships, instantly book desk, meeting and car park spaces and connect to other companies in the MWS community.

We have shared printing facilities for those members who don’t have their own printer.

Our community managers and all members of the MWS team are on hand to help and make your working day a great one. We take pride in connecting our members.

Internet wired and wifi, that is ninja fast secure and works! Our meeting rooms come equipped with al the tech you need for those video conferences. For additional tech requirements such as hosting, we always try to help, Just ask.

Whether you want an informal catch-up with colleagues or clients in our collaboration cafe area, or prefer your own private space with bookable meeting rooms, then Clyde House has options for you. Facilities include 2 x 6-8 person private meeting rooms and, for bigger meetings or a semi-private work area, then you could consider our Maidenhead room.

York House Event space

When designing our York House space, the team envisaged a private multi-function event space that could be used for MyWorkSpot’s own or partner events for members and could also be uitlised by residents for their own activities.  Thankfully that imagination has come to reality and a 30-person event space that can also be hired by non-member companies, is now available. When not in-use the room becomes an additional coworking space.

FAQ' s - York House

York house parking is only for office members. There are no additional parking spaces. As York House is situated right in the town centre, there are many local car parks, one of which is Grove Road Car park which is directly opposite the building.

You need to book a meeting room in order to use it. As a member of MyWorkspot you automatically get a 25% discount off meeting room hire. Depending on your membership level you will get credits to book meeting rooms. All meeting room bookings can be made via the app.
If you are not a member you can still book a meeting room in one of our buildings.

At MyWorkspot we are big on community. We run social & networking events throughout the year which provide a great opportunity for our members to get to know each other. We are proud that many of our members have become great friends and have done business together over the years.

Yes this is what makes us unique. We want to see you succeed so are on hand to talk about your membership options should you require changes. Typically for our office members your lease is from 12 months or longer.

You pay for your space and that’s it! We do everything else.

In October 2022, MyWorkspot launched their second site in Maidenhead. The official launch event was attended by local councillors, supporters, members and ribbon cutting by Rt. Hons Theresa May.
