Each meeting room booking comes with one parking space for the duration of the meeting booking. Additional spaces can be booked by the hour* (*this only applies to Clyde House).

Meeting rooms at York House

At MyWorkspot, community is at the heart of everything we do. At our York House site in Maidenhead our aim is to bring our community together by using aspects of the town that make Maidenhead special.

We have three fantastic meeting rooms for hire at York House, all offering a different solution to your needs. All bookings for our meeting rooms include unlimited tea and coffee, access to our hot-desking areas and the use of our secure super fast wi-fi.

The Brunel Boardroom

Our high tech Boardroom has seating for 16+ people boasting state of the art conference facilities enabling you to host hybrid virtual meetings with your teams around the world.

Named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the architect for the Maidenhead Railway Bridge, our Brunel Boardroom has plenty of natural light, comfortable seating and super fast wifi to ensure your meeting runs smoothly within a creative environment.

The Cliveden Meeting Room

Our 4/5 seater meeting room is perfect for your team catch ups. With a high table and high chairs, the Cliveden meeting room has plenty of natural light, fantastic conference facilities but also great for smaller meetings, depending on your needs.

Named after the Cliveden estate (owned by the National Trust) in Maidenhead, this meeting room is themed from the beautiful surroundings of the property.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is our event space which is bookable by the half day or full day. It sits over 30+ people and is specifically designed to host larger company events for your business. A large private room with staggered tiered seating and heaps of natural light with access to a screen for your presentations. The perfect addition to our flexible office space!

Maidenhead is surrounded by fantastic local sports clubs and so the Clubhouse is a celebration of those community clubs. Each shirt in the room has been donated by local clubs for us to hang on the walls.

Meeting rooms at Clyde House

At Clyde House our members want to feel at home when they come into the office….just without all the chores! Our fun bespoke artwork runs throughout the building and is specifically designed to help entrepreneurs, startups and small business owners work within a creative and calm environment, network with other members and get some work done.

The Playroom

Our Playroom meeting room holds up to 7 people around a table. Guests will have access to our fantastic facilities, including wifi, unlimited tea and coffee and have the option to break out into our hot-desking area.

Screens, flipcharts and cables are all provided and our team are on hand to help with any questions during setup.

The Garage

Our Garage meeting room holds up to 7 people around a table. Guests will have access to our fantastic wifi, unlimited tea and coffee and have the option to break out into our hot-desking area.

While each meeting room booking will come with one car parking space, you will need to book additional spots on top of this if more spaces are required. These are first come first served daily for each location.

If there are no spaces showing as available, contact us to see if we can help. Please note there are a range of close by Maidenhead public parking spaces such as Grove Road car park which is 20 seconds walk from York House.
