Co-Founder and Head of Lifting (Heavy Stuff)
Often known within the team as the ‘ideas man’, Dave is passionate about creating a flexible workspace that works for everyone. Years of commuting to London and living in Hong Kong, Dave decided that bringing work life and real life closer together can only be beneficial and his idea of a coworking space was realised in 2017.

Dave is an avid Manchester United fan and is married to Kellie.

Will is the ‘solutions man’. After years of working in tech servicing high profile clients, Will has a passion for slick operations, smooth processes and top class customer service. Partnering with Dave on his coworking adventure was a natural fit and together they paved the way for Maidenhead’s first flexible coworking office space.

Will’s football team of choice is Rangers, he is married to Sarah and Kellie is his sister.

Kellie covers all things marketing within the business. Often found on a tennis court or with a Diet Coke in her hand (at 11am) she also volunteers for the British Thyroid Foundation. She is married to Dave and Will is her brother.

Sarah covers the Tuck shop, this may seem like a small and insignificant role when you want a Twix pick me up at 3pm or Diet Coke fix at 11am, it becomes apparent that this is the most important role in MyWorkSpot. Sarah is married to co-founder, Will.

Bobby is an enthusiastic sales management professional with over 19 years experience in the development of client relationships, identifying and reporting business opportunities. He is a die hard Liverpool Football Club fan and enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Rachel, and I am the Community Manager for both our York House and Clyde House premises in Maidenhead . My previous roles include Workplace Manager and Interior Designer. In my spare time you can find me cycling or walking. I love all animals especially dogs.

Evelyn is our part time Community Host at MyWorkspot, York House. Outside of work Evelyn enjoys practising yoga and loves to travel! She is also the mum of Kellie Johnston and Will Ballantyne!

Emma is our Community Host at Clyde House on a Wednesday and a Friday. Always giving assistance and help with a smile. In her spare time Emma’s favourite place to be is galloping on horse on a beach, if she can’t manage that you will see her sipping on a glass of white wine in the sun.

Mark looks after the MWS finance function, with a key focus on not letting the MWS team use Deliveroo for lunches or dinners. When he isn’t being creative with our numbers, he looks to create future superstars with his soccer coaching business for girls and boys.
