Coworking operator MyWorkSpot has joined forces with Berkshire-based software developer Webequator to design and build a new digital visitor management software for their Maidenhead workspace.

With the ambition to ditch their paper based sign-in for visitors and create a GDPR-compliant digital solution that would professionalise and significantly improve the experience for guests and resident businesses alike; the team turned to local software developers and long-time MWS residents Webequator.

Fast-forward just 8 weeks, the Webequator team have delivered a web-based solution that allows all guests to quickly register their arrival at the office, confirm the COVID-19 symptom checker and automatically alert whoever it is that are visiting by email (and soon text message).

How it works:

  1. Guest arrives, takes body temperature and completes UK Gov. Track and Trace App
  2. Guest completes MyWorkSpot iPad based check-in form & confirms COVID-19 checks
  3. Integrated with existing MyWorkSpot member software, the App alerts member that their guest(s) have arrived by email
  4. App informs guest of the centre wifi code
  5. Guest checks out when leaving the building
