Gabriele D’Uva is a director of Optima HR and has over 20 years experience of managing complex organisations. He worked at General Electric and was the UK MD for a business with over 100 employees. Prior to that role he worked at Xerox where he was the European MD across 15 countries for a business unit with over 200 employees.
